Introductory Regenerative Bioscience

Regenerative bioscience is an interdisciplinary area of research aimed at developing new and accelerated ways of replacing, repairing, or regenerating human or animal cells, tissues, or organs rendered dysfunctional by disease or injury. This course will cover advancements in regenerative bioscience research in both pre-clinical and clinical settings and share the exciting potential that this field holds in improving human and animal health and saving lives. On-going regenerative bioscience research at UGA will be highlighted, and students will be exposed to potential opportunities for undergraduate research.
